Role Description\n

\nThe Guest Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Oak Island, NC. This position is responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, and delivering friendly, efficient service throughout the guest stay. Daily tasks include handling phone, email, and in-person reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and providing accurate information about properties, amenities, and local attractions. The Guest Services Associate will assist with resolving guest concerns, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensuring that service standards and company policies are consistently met. The role requires maintaining detailed records in reservation systems, managing payments, and supporting overall office operations in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.\n

Qualifications

- Demonstrated strengths in Guest Services and Guest Service, with a focus on hospitality and positive guest experiences.

- Proven Customer Service capabilities, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

- Experience with Reservations processes, booking systems, and accurate data entry.

- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with guests, teammates, and partners.

- Ability to work on-site in Oak Island, NC, including weekends and holidays as needed in a tourism-driven environment.

- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation or property management software; prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.
