Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Guest Service Associate (GSA) to serve as the welcoming face of our hotel. You will play an important role in creating a positive experience for every guest. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out Managing reservations and assigning guest rooms Responding promptly and professionally to guest questions and concerns Communicating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and guest-ready Providing information about hotel services and the surrounding area Completing front-desk and administrative responsibilities accurately Maintaining a welcoming, professional, and organized front-desk environment Previous hotel front-desk experience is preferred but not required. What matters most is a positive attitude, strong customer-service skills, reliability, and the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, and must be available to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
