Contra Costa Country Club, located in Pleasant Hill, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Services Attendant (Outside Golf Operations)! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation:
$17.00 - $17.50
Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available (weekends and holidays required)
Summary:
Responsible for creating a polished, welcoming, and consistent experience for members and guests, particularly during arrival, departure, and on-course support.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests
- Assist with bag handling, cart staging, and club cleaning
- Clean, stage, and maintain golf carts to Club standards
- Support starter operations and pace of play as needed
- Assist with rental clubs and practice facility setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of outside service areas
- Follow safety procedures and communicate via radio
- Support other golf operations duties as needed
What We’re Looking For

- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to follow service standards and direction
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
- Golf experience helpful but not required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Availability on weekends and holidays
