The Guest Services Agent serves as an ambassador of High Hampton, creating exceptional experiences for guests from arrival through departure. This position provides personalized guest service, transportation support, and event setup while ensuring the property maintains the highest standards of appearance and hospitality. The Guest Services Agent anticipates guest needs, responds to requests with professionalism and urgency, and contributes to a welcoming, luxury environment that reflects High Hampton's commitment to outstanding service.

Pay Range: $16.00–$17.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

This is a seasonal position from May through November, with the potential for continued, year-round employment based on performance and business needs.

Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality throughout their stay.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Escort guests to accommodations and provide property and amenity orientations.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
• Coordinate transportation, reservations, and concierge services.
• Assist with luggage handling, vehicle parking, and guest transportation.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property, amenities, activities, and local attractions.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure guest areas meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of outdoor common areas and guest amenities.
• Prepare meeting spaces, group functions, and special events according to operational standards.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and resort activity support.
• Maintain golf carts and other guest service equipment.
• Provide safe transportation for guests and team members as assigned.
• Anticipate guest needs and consistently deliver legionary hospitality.
• Support resort operations as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Other Duties as assigned

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

To perform the essential functions of this position, regular and consistent attendance is required.

Must be able to work well with other Team Members and managers and interact with our guests.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

·         High school diploma or equivalent required.

·         Previous hospitality, guest services, customer service, valet, or resort experience preferred.

·         Luxury hospitality experience preferred.

·         Navigates all areas of the property while assisting guests and supporting resort operations.

·         Works a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

·         Works in both indoor and outdoor environments throughout the property.

·         Regularly performs duties from the Guest Services podium located on the front porch.

·         Frequently exposed to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and humidity.

·         Operates company vehicles and golf carts in support of guest services and resort operations.
