Guest Services & Event Setup Associate
Location: The Rockwell Museum, Rockwell Museum Store & KIDS ROCKWELL Art Lab – Corning, NY

The Rockwell Museum is seeking enthusiastic individuals to support Guest Services and Event Setup operations. This is a part-time to full-time contract position hired through a staffing agency, offering the opportunity to work in one of Corning's premier cultural destinations.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist museum visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
- Sell admissions, memberships, and Museum Store merchandise.
- Answer visitor questions and help create an exceptional guest experience.
- Support activities at the KIDS ROCKWELL Art Lab.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, podiums, and equipment.
- Prepare spaces for receptions, concerts, lectures, private events, and other museum programs.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
What You'll Bring

- Employment Type: Part-time to full-time contract assignment
- Hiring: This position is employed through a staffing agency and assigned to The Rockwell Museum.
- Pay Rate:$16.30–$16.40 per hour
- Flexible scheduling (hours vary based on operational needs)
