Guest Services Host 26-27

Position OverviewAre you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and love the energy of a mountain resort? As a Guest Host at Mt. Hood Meadows, you'll be the go-to resource for guests across various locations, helping them navigate their day, answering questions, and ensuring smooth flow throughout the resort. From greeting patrons to managing lines and assisting with guest concerns, and acting as a communication liaison between other departments, you'll play a key role in delivering the friendly, helpful, and efficient service we're known for.If you're adaptable, guest-focused, and ready to work in a dynamic outdoor environment, this is your chance to be part of an enthusiastic team that keeps the mountain running smoothly!

This is a part-time, seasonal position

Qualifications & Experience

At least 18 years oldStrong guest service and communication skillsAbility to stay calm and professional in high pressure situationsAbility to work independently and, at times, without supervisionStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasksPrevious experience in customer serviceAvailability to work weekends and holidaysMust be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business

Compensation:

Starting Wage: $17.25 - $21.08 hourly
