Guest Services Host

This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in delivering impeccable service, creating memorable first impressions, and ensuring every guest arrival and departure is seamless and personalized.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.
• Assist with luggage handling, guest transportation arrangements, and arrival/departure experiences.
• Introduce guests to their accommodations and provide information regarding resort facilities and services.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Ensure the lobby and arrival areas are maintained to the highest standards at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with Front Office and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold Alila's luxury service standards and brand values in every interaction.
