Summary

As a Guest Services Host, you'll be one of the first and last interactions our guests have on property-offering a warm welcome, genuine farewell, and thoughtful assistance throughout their stay.
This guest-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, staying active, and creating a seamless experience for travelers. You'll assist with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and sharing resort or local knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure
Assist guests with luggage handling and storage
Provide directions, resort information, and local recommendations
Coordinate transportation and assist with valet and shuttle services when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, lobby, and guest entry areas
Collaborate with the Front Office, Valet, and Concierge teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
Ability to lift, carry, and move luggage or other items (up to 75 lbs)
Comfortable working in outdoor conditions for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Driver's License required
Previous guest service or hotel experience preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Additionally, this position will require a rotation of two overnight shifts.
This shift recieves 100% of tips
An increase of $1.00 per hour
