SUMMARY:
Guest Services I provides core shelter services by maintaining a safe, supportive environment, ensuring safety, documenting accurately, and delivering high-quality customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES include respectful guest interactions, adhering to policies, safety checks, emergency responses, documentation, and supporting specialized services for elderly clients.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma/GED, 1 year experience with homelessness, passing background check, and ability to perform essential functions. Preferred experience includes human services, crisis support, and mental health or substance use work.
SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong communication, safety awareness, organization, documentation, professionalism, and emotional regulation.
