JOB SUMMARY

The Guest Services Lead provides daily operational support for Guest Services functions across the LMH Health Main Campus and West Campus. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for valet and patient transport teams, ensures a high level of service that supports positive visitor and patient experiences.  The Lead also serves as the first point of contact for Information Desk volunteers and provides general support to all volunteer roles.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct, day-to-day coordination and support for valet and patient transport team members across Main and West Campuses.
• Monitor service levels, workflow, and coverage to ensure efficient and timely patient assistance.
• Communicates with and coaches patient transporters and valet attendants on new and updated practices and protocols to improve patient/visitor satisfaction.
• Serve as a resource for troubleshooting operational issues and resolving service concerns in real time.
• Ensure accurate information is provided to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Communicate with department staff to ensure alignment on patient flow and service expectations
• Will serve as backup support to valet services at the Main Campus and West Campus and the Information Desk.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
• Provide clerical support in processing volunteer statuses.
• Supporting operations and addressing situations in the main hospital entry area

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• High School Diploma
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with staff, volunteers, patients, and visitors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer proficiencies including the Microsoft Suite, point-of-sale platforms, and Canva.

Preferred

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience in the healthcare field.
