Leads assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in guest, volunteer, and/or retail services. Responsibilities: Leads or coordinates shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates. | Serves as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff. | Assigns, monitors and reviews progress of work. Monitors and reports compliance with policies and/or procedures.| Oversees and evaluates orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.| Assists the leadership in developing annual goals & objectives for the department.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
Experience: - 2-3 years of previous leadership preferred - 2-3 years of Customer Services experience preferred.
Previous experience working with Volunteer Services
Strong computer experience working with PeopleSoft system and google applications (Google Docs, Google sheets, Google slides) strongly preferred.
Ability to be flexible to travel between 3 hospital locations (based on needs).
Ability to travel to schools to recruit volunteers.
