Established in 2017, Prime Hospitality Group started with five Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants and swiftly grew to become the largest franchise group of the global brand with twelve current locations. Purveyor of Hospitality

The Purveyor of Hospitality is a unique role that will have an elevated presence at the host stand – the Purveyor of Hospitality will go beyond just being a great host, they will impact the customer experience through customer service and engagement. The Purveyor of Hospitality will control the front door and embody hospitality. They will be able to personally recognize and be familiar with our regular guests and investors. They will cater to special requests and diligently work to develop relationships with each guest that comes thru the door.

Demand for Excellence

• A true leader amongst the host team, This role should be the one that guests think of when reservations are needed.

Passion for Hospitality

• Intently focused on guest relations – ensuring special requests are taken care of ahead of time. 
• Create personal connections with guests. Be always one step ahead.

Hungry to Grow

• They will have knowledge of the entire restaurant and be able to show private dining spaces, provide information on catering as well as other offsite abilities.

Unwavering Commitment

• Awareness of what’s going on in and outside of the restaurant (special events).

Desire to Win

• Understand how to maximize seating, utilizing planning, turn times, table configuration and Open Table. Set goals to focus on the importance the host stand has on the successes of the restaurant.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively
• Must be able to continuously use fingers to bilaterally operate the telephone and use point-of-sale equipment and reservation software.
• Must be able to lift, handle and carry trays, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to obtain and store printed materials, menus, wine lists and other hostess/host stand supply items.
• Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to eight hours in length.
