The practice tee attendant is responsible for the afternoon, minute-to-minute setup, stocking, re-stocking, breakdown and cleanliness of the practice range facilities of the Club per the established Club standards and practices.
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Typical Scheduling 12 PM - 8 PM weekdays/weekends, hours depend on tournaments, events and general day schedule.
General Duties and Responsibilities
• Properly maintain cleanliness and organization of the practice areas daily (driving range, chipping and putting green). • Maintain "silent service" while seasonal pass holders and public guests are practicing. • Never interrupt, provide instruction or speak loudly with others on the practice facility. • Always keep vehicles and unauthorized equipment off the practice tees. • Assist pass holders and any other guest with any requests. • Offer to clean clubs, restock club washing buckets with clean water and restock clean practice balls as needed. • Operate the range picker in a safe and responsible manner, pick practice balls from the range using the picker, maintain a safe distance from golfers. • Process and clean all practice balls in the cart barn using the washer. • Use the ball washer per instructions, maintain its cleanliness and report any issues to the guest service manager or professional staff. • Restock the teaching tier if needed for Golf Instructors. • Assist the outside services staff with projects and other needs when requested. • Work closely with the Golf Professionals, Teaching Professional, Guest Service Staff and other departments to foster an environment of teamwork.

• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image. • Present to work daily in the proper, clean uniform wearing safe, approved footwear. • Take pride in personal appearance. • Know and Adhere to all Club and Golf Department related policies and procedures. • Exemplify the highest standards of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and general conduct.
Requirements
• Previous extensive customer service experience. • High level of organizational skills. • Previous Golf experience/knowledge and enjoys the game of golf. • Strong verbal communication skills. • Drivers License. • Ideal Candidate can work from 25-35 hours per week.
