Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and friendly customer service to all guests
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a positive guest experience
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
Schedule Requirements
Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including:
- Morning shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekends
- Holidays
