Shift Leader is
responsible for coordinating catering operations of Air Culinaire in a manner
that is consistent with company policy and procedures, resulting in outstanding
customer service and client loyalty. The
Team Leader will actively participate in actions that result in
enhancements of quality and service. This position is responsible for administrative
duties, resolution of client inquiries/issues, general accounting, order
processing, and report review.
