    Work Schedule:

    This is a full-time, 100% FTE daytime/evening shift. Hours are 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday. You will work at the University Hospital in Madison, WI.

    We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.
    • Warmly greet our patients, visitors, and staff to create a welcoming environment.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent Required

    Work Experience

    • 6 months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience Required
