Job Summary: The Jekyll Island Authority is hiring a Guest Services Team Lead to assist the District Shops Manager with all daily operations of the Pier Road Outfitters Store. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, shop supervision, inventory control, training and motivating staff, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
