Position Overview

Love the mountains and enjoy helping people? Join the Guest Services team at Mt. Hood Meadows and be the friendly face that helps create memorable experiences for every guest who visits the resort.

As a Guest Services Team Member, you'll welcome guests, answer questions, sell lift tickets, passes, lessons, rentals, and other resort products, and help ensure every interaction is positive, efficient, and informative. Whether you're assisting a first-time skier, helping a family plan their day, or providing solutions when plans change, you'll play an essential role in delivering the exceptional guest experience Mt. Hood Meadows is known for.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that combines customer service, technology, teamwork, and problem-solving in a fun mountain environment. This is a full-time, seasonal position

Qualifications & Experience

Comfortable communicating and working with in-person guestsComfortable using computers and other technology including point-of-sale systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and stay calm under pressureAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMinimum Age 16Ability to work weekends and holidaysMust be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Previous guest service experiencePrior experience operating a point-of-sale

Compensation:

Starting Wage: $ 18.54 - $21.93 hourly
