Guest Support Specialist (Parks, Recreation & Open Spaces)

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Six months of experience in security/protective services or customer/guest service experience is required. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays on a varying work schedule.

Customer service focused work in the Facilities Services Operation at Zoo Miami. Duties include patrolling the park and park facilities and enforces park rules and regulations as required, provides assistance to guests in the proper and safe use of facilities, provides CPR and First-Aid to guests as needed and provides security for zoo access, special events, concerts, corporate picnics, special exhibits, and other occasions.
