About Us

At Edu Prime LLC, our mission is to ensure Zero Instructional Days Lost. We partner with high-performing charter school networks like Mastery Charter Schools in Camden, NJ, to provide dedicated, highly qualified Guest Teachers who uphold classroom rigor, joyful culture, and student safety. We treat substitute teaching as a vital professional role—helping keep learning moving forward every single day.

Role Overview

As a Guest Teacher, you will step into K-12 classrooms across our 5 Camden campuses to deliver provided lesson plans, manage classroom dynamics using positive reinforcement, and maintain a safe, supportive learning environment. Whether covering a single-day absence or stepping into a long-term role, you will be a key contributor to student achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Execution: Deliver provided lesson plans with fidelity, utilizing active engagement and classroom technology (e.g., Google Classroom).

Classroom Management: Maintain a high-expectations, culture-of-care classroom environment using positive reinforcement, narrative praise, and de-escalation strategies.

Student Supervision: Maintain active, line-of-sight supervision at all times during instruction, hallway transitions, lunch, and dismissal ("No-Gap Protocol").

Punctuality and Professionalism: Arrive 20 minutes before the first bell, adhere to the professional business-casual dress code, and check in directly with school leadership.

Reporting: Leave an Instructional Progress Report detailing completed work, student accomplishments, and any behavioral follow-ups for the returning teacher.
