Guest Travel Experience Coordinator — Remote

Do you enjoy researching destinations, comparing travel options, and helping people put together memorable trips? We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our travel team in a flexible remote capacity.

This role is centered around helping travelers move from the initial planning stage to a well-organized trip. You'll work with travel information, client preferences, reservations, and destination details while developing your knowledge of the travel industry.

Your Day-to-Day May Include

• Learning about a traveler's destination, dates, and preferences
• Exploring lodging, cruise, transportation, and activity options
• Comparing available travel arrangements
• Organizing trip information into easy-to-follow itineraries
• Checking reservation information and important travel details
• Responding to client questions and requests
• Helping with changes or updates to existing travel plans
• Researching destinations and keeping up with travel information
• Maintaining accurate records and organized trip documentation
