A day in the life
- Refresh guest rooms end‑to‑end: make beds, replace linens, and thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum all assigned spaces to brand standards.
- Replenish essentials like toiletries, towels, and other in‑room supplies.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
- Keep your cart, storage closets, and work areas clean, stocked, and organized.
- Offer friendly assistance to guests and handle simple requests with care.
What you’ll bring
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Efficient pace with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight as part of daily tasks.
