Starting Salary Range:

$44,838 - $75,158 annually (based on years of experience and educational attainment)

Bethel Local School District is seeking a dedicated, student-centered professional to serve as a Guidance Counselor for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting students'' academic achievement, career readiness, and social-emotional well-being while collaborating with staff, families, and the community.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio School Counselor License.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents, and community agencies.
• Experience in academic advising, college and career planning, and social-emotional support is preferred.
