Owensboro Catholic Schools is seeking a full-time Guidance Counselor at the 4-6 Campus. The Guidance Counselor will serve as a resource for teachers, students, and parents in dealing with emotional, behavioral, or psychological issues that impact learning and/or the classroom environment. In addition to providing counseling for individual students and small groups of students, the Guidance Counselor will also plan and teach classroom guidance lessons. The Guidance Counselor may assist with planning student programs, community service projects, and teacher activities. The successful candidate must be faith-filled, dynamic, compassionate, energetic, and willing to work collaboratively in a positive team environment. Requirements and Qualifications:
Must pass a criminal background check and complete safe environment training for the Diocese of Owensboro before employment can be granted. |
