Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.
Experience working with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
