Title: Guidewire Claim Center Developer
Locations: Dallas, TX
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $50-$56/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer with 6 8 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter development and integration. The ideal candidate will join an existing Agile Scrum team responsible for delivering enhancements, integrations, and defect fixes for a Property & Casualty Claims platform. Candidates must possess a Guidewire InsuranceSuite Developer Certification, with ACE Certification being a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Guidewire ClaimCenter.
Design, build, and support Guidewire integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Deliver high-priority user stories, enhancements, and production defect fixes within two-week sprint cycles.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and product owners to implement scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
Follow established development standards, coding best practices, and CI/CD processes.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Quickly ramp up on customer-specific processes and begin contributing independently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 8 years of recent experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter development.
Extensive experience developing and supporting Guidewire integrations (SOAP/REST APIs, messaging, plugins, web services).
Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Claims Management.
Experience with Gosu, Java, Guidewire Studio, PCF, Data Model, Rules Engine, and Batch Processes.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire configuration and customization.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a Scrum team.
