Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
- Define test strategy, scope, timelines, and quality metrics for SIT, E2E, Regression, and UAT
- Manage testing across policy, billing, and claims lifecycle scenarios
- Oversee integration testing with upstream/downstream systems and third-party vendors
- Own defect management, triage, risk assessment, and release readiness sign-off
- Drive test automation strategy and regression optimization
- Act as the primary QA point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
- Lead and mentor onshore/offshore test teams and vendors

- Strong hands-on and leadership experience in Guidewire PC, BC, CC
- Deep knowledge of P&C Insurance domain (Personal / Commercial Lines)
- Proven experience managing end-to-end test programs for large transformations
- Expertise in test management tools (Jira, ALM, qTest, Zephyr, Xray)
- Experience with test automation (Guidewire Test Framework, Selenium, API testing)
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery models
