Job Title : Guidewire Policy Center Cloud Architect
Location : San Antonio, TX
Duration : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $35 - $60/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Guidewire Policy Center Cloud Architect. This role requires a strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire Cloud Platform implementations, with a focus on solution architecture and hands-on development. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the design and implementation of scalable solutions in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter (GWPC) and Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) implementations
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture and hands-on development
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging frameworks) and cloud-native architecture
- Experience in the insurance domain, preferably P&C
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with GW Configuration, Integration, JPD, APD
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- Experience with performance, scalability, and security of GWCP implementations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for GW PolicyCenter on Guidewire Cloud Platform
- Drive design and implementation across GWPC Configuration, Integrations, JPD, and APD
- Provide hands-on development and technical leadership to delivery teams
- Define and enforce best practices, design standards, and coding guidelines
- Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Support release planning, deployment, and CI/CD processes in cloud environments
- Provide guidance on data model, product model, and integration architecture
- Act as a technical SME for GWPC Cloud adoption and migration strategies
