Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Guidewire Policy Center Cloud Architect for a Contract with a client in Woodland Hills, CA (Remote). The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions on Guidewire Cloud Platform, ensuring scalable integrations and cloud-native best practices.

Rate Range: $68/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Guidewire Policy Center Cloud Architect Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations on the Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).

• Drive configuration, integration, JPD, and APD development while ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, enforcing architecture standards and best practices.

• Design and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging frameworks, and cloud-native technologies.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and successful cloud-based deployments through CI/CD and release management.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable insurance solutions and support cloud adoption strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Guidewire development, solution architecture, and enterprise application delivery.

• Extensive expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP), Configuration, Integrations, JPD, and APD.

• Strong experience designing cloud-native architectures, leading large-scale implementations, and delivering insurance (P&C preferred) technology solutions.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $75.00 per hour
