About the Role
\n
\n
We are looking for an experienced PolicyCenter & ClaimCenter Developer with strong hands-on experience in the Guidewire platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter solutions for insurance applications.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Develop and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter applications.
- \n
- Work on Guidewire configuration, customization, workflows, rules, UI, and integrations.
- \n
- Develop solutions using Gosu and Guidewire application frameworks.
- \n
- Configure policy, product, underwriting, claims, billing, and related insurance processes.
- \n
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- \n
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- \n
- Participate in design, development, code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.
- \n
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
- \n
- Work with QA, business analysts, architects, and other development teams.
- \n
- Follow coding standards, security practices, and Guidewire development best practices.
- \n
- Support Guidewire upgrades, deployments, and production releases where required.

Required Skills
\n
- \n
- 4+ years of experience in Guidewire development.
- \n
- Strong hands-on experience with PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter.
- \n
- Strong knowledge of Gosu programming.
- \n
- Experience with Guidewire configuration and customization.
- \n
- Experience with Guidewire integrations and APIs.
- \n
- Strong understanding of insurance domain concepts, particularly policy and claims processes.
- \n
- Experience with REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, and integration frameworks.
- \n
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- \n
- Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
- \n
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- \n

Preferred Skills
\n
\n
- \n
- Experience with both PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
- \n
- Guidewire certification is a plus.
- \n
- Experience with Guidewire cloud or Guidewire Cloud Platform.
- \n
- Experience with Guidewire version upgrades/migrations.
- \n
- Knowledge of BillingCenter is a plus.
- \n
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- \n
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.

- The ideal candidate is a hands-on Guidewire developer who can independently work on PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter configuration, Gosu development, integrations, troubleshooting, and production support, while collaborating effectively with technical and business teams.
