Guidewire Policy Center Developer

Job Summary (List Format):

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on development experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Extensive experience in PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, customizations, and application enhancements.
- Proven ability to provide production support for PolicyCenter applications, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire development best practices, technical standards, and solution design principles.
- Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Capable of analyzing complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and delivering effective solutions quickly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
- Preferred: Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and/or BillingCenter.
- Preferred: Insurance industry experience, especially in Personal Property and Commercial Property lines.
- Preferred: Experience supporting large-scale insurance applications in complex, integrated environments.
- Preferred: Experience working with geographically distributed or global teams.
- Remote position with video interviews.
