Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Technical Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions, providing hands-on leadership in configuration, Gosu development, integrations, architecture, and cloud migration initiatives. This role requires deep Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain knowledge and experience delivering large-scale Guidewire implementations for Tier-1 insurers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter including PCFs, business rules, data models, workflows, and GUnit testing.
Develop and maintain Guidewire integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, messaging queues, and batch processes.
Design and implement integrations between PolicyCenter and external portals, third-party systems, and enterprise applications.
Support Guidewire Cloud implementations, SaaS deployments, and on-premises to cloud migration initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and QA teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud deployment strategies.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration and Integration Development.
Expertise in Gosu, PCF, Product Model, APD, Business Rules, Data Model, and GUnit.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, messaging queues, and batch processing.
