Guidewire Testing Lead or Guidewire Testing Specialist or Guidewire Testing SME

Lead end-to-end QA activities across Guidewire, Underwriting Workbench, Excel-based Raters, PriceMonitor, Pinnacle, and Technical Pricing applications.
Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and release schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
Strong understanding of Guidewire configuration, with hands-on experience leading and supporting configuration testing initiatives across multiple workstreams.
Successfully executed and delivered Guidewire Rating implementations, serving both as Test Lead and Individual Contributor, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
Manage and mentor QA teams, ensuring effective resource planning, task allocation, and delivery.
Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, and Underwriting teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
Oversee functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing across insurance applications.
Drive defect management, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor testing progress, provide status updates, and present QA metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and release activities.
Promote test automation, process optimization, and adoption of QA best practices to improve efficiency.
