    As a Full-Time Gun Show Circuit Manager, you'll represent U.S. LawShield at gun shows across your assigned territory, educating prospective members, developing relationships with vendors and promoters, and helping responsible gun owners understand the value of legal protection. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance-based compensation.

    What You'll Do

    ·        Represent U.S. LawShield professionally at gun shows throughout your assigned territory.

    ·        Travel a designated Friday–Sunday circuit, including frequent overnight travel.

    ·        Set up, manage, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting booth environment.

    ·        Proactively engage attendees and confidently guide conversations from introduction through membership enrollment.

    ·        Clearly communicate the U.S. LawShield mission and value proposition while addressing questions and objections in real time.

    ·        Consistently meet or exceed membership, production, and conversion goals in a same-day sales environment.

    ·        Process memberships accurately and efficiently using company sales tools.

    ·        Develop relationships with vendors, promoters, and business partners to generate referrals and maximize event production.

    ·        Complete post-event follow-up and provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and market opportunities.

    ·        Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

    Compensation & Benefits

    ·        Base salary plus uncapped commission

    ·        Performance incentives and bonuses

    ·        Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use

    ·        Company-paid hotels, per diem, and approved travel expenses

    Preferred Experience

    ·        Commission-based sales

    ·        Membership, insurance, service, or other intangible product sales

    ·        Retail, cellular, automotive, event marketing, fundraising, or inside sales

    ·        Proficient with Technology

    ·        Trade Show Experience

    ·        Current Property & Casualty License

    Minimum Qualifications

    ·        Clean driving record

    ·        Availability to travel and work Thursday–Sunday on a weekly basis.

    ·        Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire (company paid).

    ·        Frequent overnight travel within your assigned territory.

    ·        Trade show, expo, event, retail, or other high-volume customer sales experience preferred.

    ·        Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively.

    ·        Must reside within the hiring region.

    ·        2–3+ years of successful face-to-face sales experience.

    ·        Ability to lift 35–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

    ·        Comfort working indoor/outdoor events, early mornings, long weekends, and occasional holidays.

    ·        Ability to haul and store a gun show trailer (flexible, company will work together for a solution)
