What We’re Looking For:
This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with skilled carpentry, exterior construction, and/or exterior house painting experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand.
Requirements:
Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in carpentry, construction, and/or gutters
Attitude: Positive and team-oriented
Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work outdoors, ladder experience
Commitment: Willingness to work overtime if needed and grow with the company
Bonus: Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus!
Compensation: $20 - $34 + per hour
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
