$22/hr Base + Uncapped Production Bonus (Most Installers Average $45/hr)
If you've worked construction, done exterior work, swung a hammer on a job site, or spent your days working with your hands outdoors — we want to talk to you.
You don't need gutter experience. We'll teach you everything. What we can't teach is showing up, working hard, and knowing your way around a job site. If you already have that, you're who we're looking for.

What You'll Actually Earn
Base pay starts at $22/hr — but that's not what our guys take home.
We pay a production bonus on top of your base with no cap. Most of our current installers are averaging $45/hr when you factor in their bonus. If you're efficient and do quality work, your paycheck reflects it. The faster and cleaner you work, the more you make.
What You'll Do
- Install seamless gutters, gutter guards, and specialty systems on residential and commercial properties
- Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on job sites
- Follow safety protocols on ladders and roofs
- Work toward crew lead and leadership roles as you grow
What We Offer

What We're Looking For
You need to have at least one of these:
- 1+ years in construction, exterior work, roofing, siding, framing, or a related trade
- Hands-on experience using power tools and working on job sites
- Comfort working outdoors, on ladders, and with your hands every day
Gutter experience is a bonus — not a requirement. We will train the right person completely.
You also need:
- A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
- Reliability — we run tight crews and everyone counts
- A willingness to learn and take direction
