Summary:
As Chief Business Officer (CBO) at GVW Group, you will serve as a key accountable leader and enabler of operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of companies in commercial vehicle manufacturing, distribution, and engineering services.
Your mandate is to support each business platform in achieving its full potential - ensuring results are realized through sound operational execution disciplined Business model, and unwavering adherence to GVW's customer-first business model.
Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will work alongside company leaders to oversee their performance, remove obstacles, and strengthen processes that drive sustainable growth and profitability. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role for a proven operator who excels at helping organizations perform at their best while maintaining agility, customer focus, and accountability.
