Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong expertise in:

o Guidewire PolicyCenter (GWPC)

o Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) implementations

o GW Configuration, Integration, JPD, APD

• Proven experience in Solution Architecture and hands-on development
• Strong knowledge of:

o Integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging frameworks)

o Cloud-native architecture and deployment models

• Experience in insurance domain (P&C preferred)
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-visibility programs with minimal ramp-up
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for GW PolicyCenter on Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
• Drive design and implementation across:

o GWPC Configuration

o Integrations (APIs, messaging, external systems)

o JPD (Java Product Definition)

o APD (Advanced Product Designer)

• Provide hands-on development and technical leadership to delivery teams
• Define and enforce best practices, design standards, and coding guidelines
• Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of GWCP implementations
• Support release planning, deployment, and CI/CD processes in cloud environments
• Provide guidance on data model, product model, and integration architecture
• Act as a technical SME for GWPC Cloud adoption and migration strategies

Salary Range- $160,000-$190,000 a year
