Overview:
Sculpt Fitness is looking for a motivated, energetic Front Desk Associate to be the face of our gym. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-energy environment while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in members and guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Assist with membership inquiries, sales, and retention
- Answer phone calls, emails, and follow up with leads and prospects
- Process payments and maintain accurate member records
- Promote gym programs, services, and upcoming events
- Sell in-house products (smoothies, drinks, apparel, accessories)
- Help schedule classes and personal training sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and facility
- Perform daily walkthroughs and assist with general facility upkeep
- Open and/or close the gym as scheduled
- Resolve member concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Positive, upbeat personality with strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills with members, staff, and management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Passion for health, fitness, and community
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR/AED certification preferred
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (experience with gym software is a plus)
- Availability for flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Work Environment:
- On-site at Sculpt Fitness in Kenilworth, NJ
- Part-time position
- Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends
