Drive personal training sales and revenue growth. Manage and coach trainers and staff for performance and accountability. Oversee daily gym operations (cleanliness, organization, scheduling). Ensure a high-level member experience and retention. Handle leads, tours, and follow-ups (this is a sales role). Track key metrics (sales, retention, trainer performance). Solve problems quickly and proactively.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership skills—you’re comfortable holding people accountable. Sales experience (fitness industry preferred, but not required). Highly organized and detail-oriented. Self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction. Confident communicator (with staff and members). Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Passion for fitness and helping people succeed.
