We are seeking a growth-minded Sales/Membership Manager with proven success in sales, passion for fitness, and a commitment to community-building. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for selling fitness and training memberships, promoting fitness programs, and providing outstanding customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Call leads and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Book appointments
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Give club tours
- Sell fitness memberships and training packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area and general club upkeep
- Handle member concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Create a fun atmosphere and engage in community events within and outside the club
- Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach to attract new customers
- Track sales and membership KPIs
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions

Compensation:
- Targeted earning potential up to $65,000 with base pay and commission
