Dardano's School of Gymnastics in Denver, CO is looking for energetic and passionate Gymnastics Instructors/Coaches to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
• Teach fundamental gymnastics skills using natural progressions and proper technique
• Monitor and ensure the safety of all students during practice and training sessions
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to athletes and parents
• Set up, inspect, and maintain gymnastics equipment to ensure a safe training environment
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with program goals
• Support and motivate students during recreational classes and competitive training

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a gymnastics instructor, coach, or competitive gymnast preferred
• Strong knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals, progressions, and safety protocols
• USA Gymnastics (USAG) membership and safety certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain
• CPR and First Aid certification required, or willingness to obtain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents
• Positive, energetic, patient, and encouraging coaching demeanor
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed
