GForce Gymnastics & Parkour Shakopeeis looking for energetic, positive, and reliable coaches to join our team!
What You'll Do
As a GForce Coach, you'll help kids build skills, confidence, strength, and a love for fitness—all while creating a safe and FUN environment.
You will:
- Coach gymnastics and/or parkour for ages walking & up while following GForce lesson plans
- Create a positive and encouraging experience for every child
- Follow safety procedures, policies, and emergency plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym
- Greet and communicate positively with students, parents, and teammates
- Promote and support other GForce programs such as camps, events, birthday parties and afterschool care
- Be ready to jump in and help wherever the gym needs you
- HAVE FUN
Availability Requirements
Preferred availability:
- Weekday afternoons/evenings: Shifts vary between 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as needed for special events
This is a flexible, part-time position. Schedules may vary based on the needs of the gym, availability, and coaching performance.
Compensation:Hourly rate based on experience

️ Qualifications- Experience with gymnastics, parkour, dance, cheer, or other coaching or teaching is preferred, but not required.
- USAG, CPR/First Aid Certification and background checks are required prior to employment and must remain up to date throughout employment.
