    Description


    This position plays an essential role in supporting women’s health through compassionate, high-quality medical care and patient education.This holds responsibly for delivering comprehensive gynecological care to patients in an outpatient setting, including preventive services, evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.

    The physician will work collaboratively with clinical staff and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide routine and comprehensive gynecological examinations and evaluations
    • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic gynecologic conditions
    • Perform Pap smears, pelvic exams, breast exams, biopsies, and minor in-office procedures
    • Provide contraception counseling and family planning services
    • Manage menopausal care, menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, and reproductive health concerns
    • Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
    • Educate patients regarding treatment plans, preventive care, and overall wellness
    • Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
    • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentation
    • Participate in quality assurance and compliance initiatives
    • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, HIPAA regulations, and clinical guidelines

    Qualifications

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
    • Active New York State Medical License
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
    • DEA registration required
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
    • Experience with EMR systems preferred

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive salary $275K - $350K
