    4000 babies delivered each year , our faculty collaborate closely with Loma Linda’s specialists in the

    region's largest NICU , integrating pediatric surgery, cardiology, and other specialties to deliver multidisciplinary care tailored to each family’s needs. Through our partnership with

    SAC Health , we provide vital OBGYN care to underserved individuals and families. SAC Health is a

    Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

    offering a wide range of services, including prenatal care, mental health support, and chronic disease management. This partnership demonstrates our commitment to

    reduced work schedules

    with proportional salary adjustments or pursue additional productivity to enhance their compensation. We also maintain a manageable call structure with capped

    24-hour

    shifts

    and post-call recovery days. A planned

    will further reduce call burdens, providing greater flexibility and support for faculty. Professional Growth and Development Research and Education Our department emphasizes excellence in teaching and innovation in clinical practice, focused on improving patient lives. Our expertise in surgical and clinical education underpins an

Faculty collaborate with residents on research projects during their training, contributing to advancements that directly improve patient care in areas like hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and placenta accreta spectrum management. Additionally, engaging in scholarly activity with our subspecialty divisions—including Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility—provides a diverse academic environment. Empowering Faculty to Succeed In addition to regular faculty development lectures, we offer: A $7,000 annual CME stipend. Two weeks of CME leave each year. Compensation & Benefits The compensation range for starting base compensation only, which is adjusted in accordance with years of experience and/or faculty rank, is expected to be $330,000 - $390,000. Variable compensation above base is paid semi-annually for additional productivity above benchmark. More information on compensation is discussed with the department during the recruitment process.
