Description for Candidates:

Perform special duties as assigned. Promote and practice safe work habits while performing basic repairs and services on light, heavy duty, and diesel trucks; road construction and maintenance equipment; hydraulic systems; and electrical components.

How you will contribute:

Diagnose and Repair : Diagnose, repair and complete basic tasks on a variety of equipment types such as tires, brakes, lighting, pumps, and valves. Use basic scan tools to read and clear check engine light codes.Perform Manual Labor : Prepare, process, and maintain required maintenance and repair documentation. Generate documents and work orders in computer system. Perform time and leave entry in appropriate systems.Perform duties as assigned. :Preventative Maintenance : Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment according to the preventative maintenance schedule and guidelines.

Additional Considerations:

A combination of training, experience, or education in Equipment Repair, Auto Repair, or related field desired.Knowledge of general welding practices.Knowledge of laptop and/or hand-held diagnostic programs.
