Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually
Description:

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a HACCP Coordinator in Greensboro, NC area! The HACCP Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the facility’s food safety and HACCP programs to ensure compliance, product safety, and regulatory adherence.

The HACCP Coordinator plays a critical role in communication, reporting, and continuous improvement, while also spending time on the production floor to ensure proper implementation of food safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee HACCP and SSOP compliance
• Conduct daily monitoring and verification activities
• Lead food safety training programs
• Manage audits (internal, third-party, and regulatory)
• Maintain documentation to include updating HACCP plans

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in food safety/quality
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• HACCP certification
