What a Typical Shift Looks Like
Start by reviewing work orders, blueprints, and specifications to understand tolerances and machining requirements.
Operate Haas CNC machines and keep a close eye on cycle performance and output.
Monitor in-process quality, making necessary machine adjustments to hold standards.
Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment operating reliably.
Work safely and follow all quality procedures from first article through final part.
Collaborate with teammates to streamline workflows and improve throughput.
Record production data accurately and maintain clear documentation of completed work.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; additional CNC machining certification is a plus.
Hands-on experience running Haas CNC machines or comparable equipment.
Solid grasp of machining processes, tooling, and common materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specs.
Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on high-quality output.
Strong problem-solver who can work independently and within a team.
Willing and able to work 2nd shift with flexibility for changing schedules.
