What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with excellence

• Organize the salon’s front desk and support daily operations

• Assist with retail sales and inventory

• Support stylists to ensure smooth client flow, including cleaning, organizing, and providing a excellent atmosphere

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Experience in phone etiquette. 
• A friendly, professional demeanor.
• Professional dress and fashion focused appeal.
• Customer service or receptionist experience preferred
• A passion for the beauty industry is a plus!
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English in order to provide guest consultations, complete documentation, and participate in training programs.
