What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional haircuts for children, teens, and parents.
- Create a fun, memorable experience that keeps families coming back.
- Build lasting relationships with guests through outstanding customer service.
- Recommend retail products that help families maintain their style at home.
- Encourage guests to pre-book their next appointment.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon.
- Work collaboratively with your teammates to create an exceptional guest experience.
- Capture haircut photos (with guest permission) to showcase your work for our salon lookbook and social media.
- Help us earn five-star Google and Yelp reviews by consistently delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Cosmetology or Barber License.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- Positive, energetic, and friendly personality.
- Strong haircutting skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

Our busiest business periods provide excellent earning potential. Top-performing stylists can earn $35–$45+ per hour during peak business periods through a combination of hourly pay, generous tips, retail commissions, and performance incentives.
